A little feed back on our See to ski adventure.
This was truly a epic exstreme journey, not for the faint hearted or vertigo sufferer’s
The GPS tracks were great, routes were awesome with lots of challenges allong the way to keep the anticipation on a high. Never a dull moment with the greatest scenery and views are country has to offer.
Every day was a Full days riding, with just enough time for the odd pic, pit and pea.
We look forward to keeping it on Two Wheels.
Kind regards Liza and Andy Fulton.
Firstly, what a fantastic event,
Thank you to the team for all the great effort,
I laughed, I cried, I bled, I screamed and shouted and prayed (a lot!) awesome!
The 2016 event
There will be two batches of 60 teams. We will fill up the EPIC batch (13-16 Oct 2016) first and then open the EXTREME (20-23 Oct).
The route will be identical for both groups.
- Sea to Ski EPIC
- Sea to Ski EXTREME
We have reverted to the week apart as it allows us to focus on one event at a time and offer more individual attention to the riders.
The start venue for the 2016 events will once again be Hole in the Wall Hotel.
Ride 4 Change
This event saw us touch 2 communities.
- Clarkebury Mission where Nelson Mandela finished his Junior Certificate Schooling has already had Peter Jung and his team sorting out the water issues and installing new pumps and pipes.
- Maclear have received flood lights for their school rugby field.
